Cabernet Sauvignon


A bold, velvety, elegant full-bodied wine with aromas of raisins, adorned with the essence of black cherry, earthier note and a hint of anisette. It offers big cherry, sweet plum and maple flavours underlined by refined tannins beautifully balanced with some acidity.

Osso bucco, spicy salsiccia, rich red wine sauces, parmigiano reggiano.
