A courageous wine with a delicate heart, we are delighted to welcome this back to our family. The aromas of plum, cherry, red licorice and raspberry are complimented by a touch of smokiness. Cherry, dates, cranberry and fig are well grounded on the palate with a beautiful elongated finish.

Our Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied but soft wine with a level of complexity which makes it the perfect choice for any bold dish. A favourite to pair with it is beef braciole as the complex flavours of this dish are a perfect compliment to such a profound wine. Alternative options would be grilled sausage or a beautiful homemade arancini. The rich but silky tannins would help breakdown the fatty tissue in the meats while also helping to contrast the creamy character of the arancini. This wine ends up being perfect for any time of the year whether it is barbeques in the summer or meaty stews in the winter, or just simply a glass!
