Food Pairings
plan your dish
Our “Sempre” sparkling wine is a lively and effervescent wine that pairs wonderfully with a variety of dishes. For a classic pairing, try serving it with oysters. The wine’s crisp acidity and lively bubbles complement the briny flavours of the oysters, resulting in a delightful pairing. Another option is to pair it with calamari. The wine’s refreshing bubbles and bright acidity help to cut through the richness of the calamari, enhancing the dish’s flavours. For a more indulgent pairing, serve our sparkling with a creamy risotto. The wine’s effervescence and acidity provide a refreshing contrast to the rich and creamy texture of the risotto, creating a harmonious combination of flavours.
