Allegria
White Blend 2019
$0.00 + HST
A cheerful expression of grapefruit, lime, pear and honey on the nose lead to a joyous palate which celebrates tropical notes to start. Grapefruit, apple and honeydew begin before the pineapple and ginger finish. A great wine to enjoy on the Piazza!

Food Pairings
plan your dish
Our Allegria is a versatile wine with a balanced flavour profile that pairs well with a variety of dishes. For a satisfying and flavourful meal, consider pairing it with stuffed peppers. The wine’s fruity and crisp notes complement the savoury flavours of the peppers, while the its acidity helps to cut through the richness of the filling. Another option is to pair it with pasta primavera. The wine’s bright fruit flavours and refreshing acidity balance out the rich cream sauce and the bold flavours of the vegetables in the dish. For a lighter option, try pairing it with seared bass. The wine’s light body and delicate fruit flavours complement the delicate and flaky texture of the fish, resulting in a fresh and delicious pairing that is perfect for a summer meal.
