Chardonnay 2021

Food Pairings

plan your dish

Our chardonnay is a medium to full-bodied wine with a creamy texture and flavours of vanilla and oak that pairs well with a variety of dishes. For a classic pairing, try serving it with a homemade Caesar salad. The wine’s buttery notes complement the salad’s creamy dressing, while the wine’s acidity helps to balance out the dish’s saltiness. Another option is to pair it with butternut squash soup. The wine’s creamy texture and flavours of vanilla and oak complement the soup’s creamy texture and earthy flavours, resulting in a rich and flavourful pairing. For a more luxurious option, try serving Chardonnay with lobster. Its buttery notes and creamy texture complement the rich and delicate flavours of the lobster, while the wine’s acidity helps to cut through the dish’s richness.
