Food Pairings
plan your dish
Our gewurztraminer is a medium-bodied wine with a bold aroma and spicy notes that pairs well with a variety of dishes. For a classic pairing, try serving it with roasted turkey. The wine’s floral and spicy notes complement the savoury flavours of the turkey, while the wine’s acidity helps to cut through the richness of the meat. Another option is to pair it with a vegetable stir fry. The wine’s bold flavours and spicy notes complement the bold flavours of the stir fry, while the wine’s fruitiness balances out the dish’s heat. For a more exotic pairing, try serving Gewurztraminer with Thai food. The wine’s spicy and floral notes complement the bold flavours of Thai dishes, while the wine’s fruitiness helps to balance out the dish’s heat and spice.
